Dell inpiron 24 3455 stuck in BIST

My computer was dropped, the power input jack was damaged. I was able to get it to come on and got a message that said "power adapter not recognized". I was able to initiate a BIST but it never came out of it. I replaced the motherboard (since the power input was broken anyway) but it is still stuck in BIST loop.

Have you tried to replace the charger. May be the plug is damaged.
