This indicates that the computer can't see the hard drive because it is faulty or it is disconnected from the computer. If this is a laptop then chances are that the hard drive has moved a little and does not make a connection to motherboard anymore. If this is a desktop then there is a cable that connects the hard drive and the motherboard. Chances are that the cable slipped out of a socket. Otherwise, the hard drive developed a fault and needs to be replaced.
